Crowd Source Audio Sync In Videos
There are some videos that get uploaded where the audio is out of sync with the video. I think there should be an option for anyone to correct it and to view corrections made by other people. If they think that the correction is right, they "like" (or something) it. There is also a direct link to the offset via URL (similar to loading from a specific time offset).
If one offset gets a large number of likes and/or is frequently suggested, it becomes the default view.
