Rename Attached Files within Transactions

I love the attached file feature for Quickbooks.  Howver, I am often spending a lot of time opening up attachments and renaming them at times to include detailes such as invoice numbers, or dates, etc.

I would like the ability to rename the attached files within quickbooks.  This would save time from the current process of:

  1. Download to my desktop
  2. Rename
  3. Detach old file from Quickbooks
  4. Upload New File
